One-Time Purchases
Guided Projects
Eko Eduseva does not offer refunds for payments made for guided projects.
Courses and Specializations
If you cancel a one-time, paid enrollment for a course or specialization, we'll offer a refund until 3 days after payment, or before you start the course or specialization — whichever comes first. The same applies if you pre-enroll and pay in advance.
Refunds for Certificates

| Courses | Once you've earned a course certificate, you're not eligible for a refund even within 3 days of payment. If you don't earn the certificate within 180 days, your registration expires and re-enrollment requires payment. |
| Specializations | Unless stated otherwise at sign-up, you have one year from purchase to complete a specialization. |
1-on-1 Sessions
Eko Eduseva does not offer refunds for payments made on 1-on-1 session plans.
Refunds for Trials
To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel your subscription before the trial ends. If you complete a course during the free trial period, we reserve the right to require payment for a one-month subscription before issuing a course or specialization certificate.
Cancellation
Your subscription continues month-to-month until you cancel it, or until we suspend or discontinue it. If you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period — you'll keep access through the rest of that period, but won't receive a refund. For subscriptions tied to a single specialization, we automatically discontinue your subscription at the end of the month in which you earn that specialization's certificate.
Other Paid Services
Except as described in this policy, or as explicitly stated during sign-up for a specific Service, Eko Eduseva has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other paid Services. We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion. All eligible refunds are processed via NEFT/RTGS.
Promotional Offers
From time to time we may offer special promotions or discounts. Eligibility is determined at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to revoke an offer if we determine you're not eligible. Users with an existing offer may not qualify for additional offers; we may use your payment method or account email to determine eligibility. Specific eligibility requirements and conditions are disclosed at sign-up or in related communications.
Changes to Price and Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing at any time, at our sole discretion. Except as otherwise stated in our Terms, price or plan changes take effect following notice to you.
